Story

While at Balatacılar I created two projects for Erka Balata: “Why Erka Balata?” and “One Brake Shop a Week”. The goal was a different advertising voice in the target market, one that talks about value rather than price. In this episode we are at Albayrak Balata, listening to the mechanic who uses the product every day and letting him do the talking.

OutcomeWhen the mechanic does the talking, the brand sounds more credible. The series put our dealer relationships in front of the camera.

What we did

  • The “Why Erka Balata?” and “One Brake Shop a Week” concepts.
  • An interview format where the dealer tells the story in his own shop, in his own words.
  • A value-based advertising strategy in the trade’s own language.
  • Sharing the video on LinkedIn and social media.
